WavWarrior- a drag-and-drop buttonbar sound player for Windows (3.1 and 95)

* WAVWARRIOR IS E-MAIL-ME-WARE
If you use it, please drop some e-mail to
  kisrael@alienbill.com

* WavWarrior defaults to saving button and windown information
in "wavw.txt" However, you can change this by specifying the
name of another file on the command line,
       e.g. "wavw.exe \temp\soundinfo.txt"
This allows you to have seperate instances of WavWarrior, each
with its own set of sounds.
* To add a .WAV file to WavWarrior, drag it from FileManager (Win3.1)
or Explorer (Win95) and drop it anywhere over the program's window.
* The caption of the button starts as the name of the file (the 8.3 version
of the name for Windows95 users)
* To change the caption of a button, right click on it. An edit
window will appear. (NOTE: you can add 'hotkeys' to sounds by adding
a '&' character before a letter in the caption. So if you had a sound
with the caption '&sound', pressing Alt-s would activate that sound
without clicking on it) Press Enter to finish editing the caption,
or click on any other button on the buttonbar.
* If you right click on a button, you will also have buttons for scooting
the button up and down on the buttonbar ('/\' and '\/'), for getting
some basic instructions ('?') and for deleting that sound ('X')
* WavWarrior remembers where it was last positioned, and what sound were
on it. You may want to include it in the "StartUp" group, so that
it's always available. Great fun can be had in the office with the
right sound effect at the right time.
* WavWarrior requires the file FMDROP1.VBX and VBRUN300.DLL be installed
on your computer. VBRUN300 is probably already there, but can be downloaded
from several places, including http://www.alienbill.com/abp FMDROP1
should be included with this pkzip file, and should be in the same directory
  as WAVW.EXE
* WavWarrior needs .WAV files to be useful. Some boring ones are probably
already on your system; more interesting ones can be found at
  http://www.yahoo.com/Computers_and_Internet/Multimedia/Sound/Archives/WAV/
(Simpsons sound effects are always fun)
